So far at the lodge, the bacon beats everything as far as food goes. Today we took a 15 minute walk to the ranch to check out the trails via horseback. My first experience on a horse was pretty good. I got a well-trained one that followed the leader and I didn't have to do too much. Jer on the other hand got the horse that wanted to take him into the woods and scrape him off on a tree. And he has the head scratch to prove it. I did get some sort of bite on my leg. I'm pretty sure I'm going to develop lyme disease from it. But it was a fun ride. After another merch room visit and lunch, we checked out the Wampum Willow for some music. We saw Hawthorne and Holly, and The Butterbeer Experience. From there it was back to the main stage. Kicking off the day was Draco and the Malfoys!!! Totally awesome! They started with some folksy tunes, banjo and all. They played lots of good tunes, including Voldemort is Awesome, All I Want For Christmas ("I know Hogwarts would be better, if that bed-wetter, didn't show his face 'round anymore!"), and Dobby for their encore. Then Creevy Crisis was on. We sort of sat out for most of it. Couldn't really dig it. Then Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls. Super awesome voice! So right now is break time and we're about to head down for din-din. More later!
