Wells Fargo Rant, Part 2

So today is the ninth business day since I called customer service about my mortgage payment. They told me I'd get the money back within eight. Still nothing. So I called them back this morning, luckily got through on the first try, and also got a nicer representative. Get this. She told me that my previous request had been cancelled!!! It was never going to go through at all if I hadn't called! I couldn't believe it. They're totally trying to fuck me over! So she put a rush on a new request, and I should have it in 2-3 days. Why couldn't they rush it the first time? Do they know I have less than $20 in my checking account? Don't they know how irritated that makes me??? GRRRRR!!!!!!
