Ivy's Night

9:30pm: Put Ivy to bed.
9:31pm: Ivy starts to get out of bed. I somehow convince her to stay.
10:30pm: Ivy comes downstairs.
10:35pm: Put Ivy to bed.
11:00pm: I check on her. Finally sleeping!
12:05am: I go to bed.
12:08am: Ivy starts whining in her sleep.
12:15am: After trying unsuccessfully to calm her, I take Ivy outside for some fresh air.
12:16am: Drag Ivy inside while she's screaming bloody murder and surely waking up all the neighbors.
12:30am: With no other options, I turn on cartoons. Ivy and I try to relax on the couch.
12:50am: After 20 minutes of long blinks, the child is still awake.
12:55am: I succumb to sleep.
2:00am: I wake up. Ivy: still awake.
2:15am: I convince Ivy to go back to her bed with me.
2:20am: Crunched up against the wall, I watch as Ivy makes shapes with her hands.
4:55am: Jer wakes me up. Ivy's sleeping. I crawl back into my own bed.
6:42am: Ivy wakes me up for the day. She's cranky. Go figure.
