To kick off Earth Week, I went around the house today, unplugging everything that doesn't get used. I'm not sure how true it is, but I read somewhere that even if things are plugged in, but not getting used, they still use power. I also took the time to wash dishes by hand, turn down the heat, and leave the lights off for as long as possible. I also try to shut this computer down every night. At work this week, we are starting a new recycling program where we have to empty our own trash cans and recycling bins, instead of a janitor. Good for the earth, saves the company money.

Maybe you guys could find a way to generate the electricity you use by eating Peeps.
