I just burned water. This is what happens when you get too involved in organizing the storage area under the stairs. Ugh, that smell is going to make me vomit.
Thats gotta be a first- are you sure that the water didn't just evaporate, and whatever pan you were cooking it in starting to burn? Teflon will do this if its too hot... I think I'm too much a science nerd...
