i am so stupid

Ivy gets 3 4-oz bottles every day while I'm gone at work. Normally, while at work, I can only pump a total of 10 ounces. So I have to pump a few extra times at home to make up the difference. Well last night when I got home, there was still one bottle in the fridge, so I had Jer give it to her, and I pumped before going to bed. This was good, because then I had a head start for the next day, and I wouldn't have to pump as much. I had an extra 3 ounces for tomorrow. When I got up this morning, what do I see? A 3-oz bottle sitting on the counter! I forgot to put it in the fridge!!! I was so frickin' mad, you have no idea. At most, a bottle can sit at room temp for up to 10 hours, but it was already beyond. So I had to dump it down the drain. I seriously wanted to cry. It might be hard to understand, but this stuff is like liquid gold and I work very hard for it every day. So now I'm just in a bad mood and I'll probably have a bad day. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
