fridge update part 2

Ok, so I checked the temp of the fridge. It is up to 60 degrees in there. Not good. I unplugged it, and vacuumed out the back and the fan, then vacuumed the coils in the front bottom part. Plugged it back in. Still doesn't seem to be doing anything. The freezer still works, which is good, but I can't figure out why the fridge isn't. I found a DIY website, but kind of afraid to do too much with it myself. Right now we have bags of ice in there, which don't seem to be doing much. As we speak, I am eating what is probably-tainted meat, and drinking warm juice. Luckily Mom lives with Handy-Man Jim, but as it is, they are currently camping.
