another fucked-up haircut

Ok, I am so sick and tired of going to get my haircut, and not getting what I want. I think in the past 5 years, I've had one good haircut. Last night I left work a little early and decided to get my hair cut again, even though I just had it fucked up by someone else about a month ago. It always looks fine when I leave the place, but as soon as I get home, I notice the problems. And this time I have a big one: the left side looks way longer than the right side. Every time I get a cut, I go through a list of explanations about my hair, in hopes they can treat it right. It's really fine, so it doesn't do much, I have a cowlick on the back right side, so I have to part it just so, and how it always ends up shorter on the left side every time I get a cut. I explain all these things, and it doesn't seem to do much good. But maybe she was influenced by that last comment, and went overboard on the right side. I don't know. Maybe I should just stop trying and let it grow. Or maybe I should just go Britney and be done with it. I will be going back on Saturday to see if she can fix it, because I feel just a bit ridiculous right now, even though nobody else will probably notice.
