zip it good
Just to update about the drain clog. We bought the Zip-It at Ace Hardware. Just a cheap-looking little plastic thing. Miracle-worker on the tub drain. If you have a clog, I recommend this thing. Under $5, less than a bottle of Drano! I feel like a commercial now.

You two are becoming quite the pros at fixing things! Our water softener got cleaned out twice this year before it started woking 100% again. Now I have to take on the shower & shower doors to remove the scum, soap and hard water that has accumulated. Oh the joys of owning a house!
