It gets about 60mpg, but they're still working on bringing it to the US. Totally cute though. But I am actually seriously considering purchasing a scooter of my own. There are three on clearance at the local Suzuki dealer. They have a light blue/white two-tone Schwinn Campus for $1095. They have a top speed of around 35 mph, and get a whopping 117 mpg. With having a daycare just a few houses down, there won't be the need to transport the baby every day on my way to work. My only concern now is learning to ride. I need to get out on the Vespa and get a feel for it. It's just so heavy, but the Schwinns are much, much lighter. Hmm, any opinions?
