I have been very busy lately. What have I been doing? Cleaning! We have listed our home for sale, and I am trying my best to make it look pretty. Also, we have been looking at houses and believe it or not, we've already found one. We have put in a purchase agreement, and it's been accepted. The only worry is that someone with a non-contingent offer could still come along and bump our offer, because we still need to sell our house. Fortunately, the person selling is looking for a May closing, which gives us about 3 months. I'm feeling hopeful. The home is in Sartell, in a development (I know, I hate them too). It's a 6-year-old tri-level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, finished basement, etc. I love it and if I don't get it I'll cry. You can enter the MLS #59646 here to see a few more pictures. So far, we haven't had anyone look at our house, but we are having an open house next weekend. I just hate all this waiting stuff.
In other news, we got our taxes done this weekend, and for the first time, we are getting a tax return!!! I can buy the dining table I want!
In other, other news, I went to the doctor last week regarding my period troubles. She told me I'm probably not ovulating because I'm not producing enough progesterone. She said I was too thin, and I need to intake more calories. You know, I could swear I was getting love handles. I got on the doctor's scale, and I haven't even gained any weight. Am I imagining things? So that New Year's Resolution is off. I'll eat whatever the hell I want!
