it's all about safety

The wall on which our TV resides inconveniently has no outlet, forcing us to run an extension cord to the side wall. Now that Ivy is on the move, and reaching and grabbing for more things, this of course poses a safety issue. So alas, it's not pretty, but it should do the trick:


The doctor suggested duct tape, but I opted for the sleeker, cleaner look of a nice off-white masking tape to better match the decor.
