the low-down

So here's what's going on. We had our first open house on Saturday. A total of 3 couples walked through. Apparantly, the first couple that came loved the place so much that they spent a whole hour here. They also made an appointment to come view it again last night with their parents. They spent another hour and twenty minutes looking around. What the hell at, I don't know. So we were kind of expecting an offer this morning, because between our realtor and theirs, it was sounding very promising. But we haven't heard anything yet. Granted, we didn't really expect our first showing to go so well, or to get an offer so quickly, so this is quite amazing to us. We're still hoping to hear something this week. I mean, why would they spend two and a half hours in our house if they weren't mega-interested? So we're very very anxious. Almost painfully so. Stay tuned...
