Recently, I've become extremely obsessed with scouring the Sunday ads for deals. I will clip coupons, stock up on things that are on sale, combine sales with coupons, etc. Anyway, I thought I would give everyone a heads up on the best deals of the week. Walgreens is one of my favorite ads to check out. It's a normally overpriced store in comparison to Target or Walmart, but every week they have in-store coupons and you can get things really cheap. Plus they have a monthly coupon book in their stores.
This week at Walgreens: Coupon for Scotch bubble mailers 3/$1.00!! This is an especially great find if you are an avid Bookmoocher. There is a limit of 6 on the coupon, but I managed to save $7.00. Yay!
This week at Cub Foods: Energizer Lithium batteries (great for your digital camera). Sale price: $8.99. Coupon in the flyer for $3.00 off. The package I bought also had a $5.00 mail-in rebate. Total cost: 99 cents.
Also, Target has online coupons which are great to check out once in a while. Plus, they will accept Target coupons in combination with manufacturer coupons. And I've noticed they will take the Target coupons up to a month after they've expired (I'm not sure about the manufacturer coupons).
And here's a link to grocery coupons.
Happy Dance!
